About Tidelands Community Care Network:
Tidelands Community Care Network is a regional collaborative comprised of faith communities, human service providers, health educators, state agencies and primary care and specialty care providers. The network has improved the lives of thousands of local residents by connecting them to resources ranging from behavioral health services and health education to help with transportation, food, and housing.
