With more than 30 years of Human Resources experience, Michelle has dedicated her career to supporting employees, fostering positive workplace cultures, and helping organizations achieve their goals through effective people management. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, payroll, compliance, professional development, and organizational operations.

As Executive Director of Human Resources and Office Operations for SCHA, Michelle provides leadership and strategic direction for human resources programs while overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the association. She is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Michelle considers her work in Human Resources to be both rewarding and meaningful, finding great fulfillment in helping others grow professionally while contributing to the success of the organization. Her commitment to excellence, integrity, and service continues to make a positive impact on the employees and members she serves.
