Kasey McCarty

Kasey McCarty serves as Executive Director of the South Carolina Physician Alliance (SCPA) and Member Engagement at the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA), bringing more than a decade of experience in physician practice management, strategic operations, and physician engagement. Through her work with the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) and the South Carolina Physician Alliance (SCPA), she collaborates with physician leaders and healthcare organizations across the state to advance physician leadership, member engagement, and professional development initiatives.

Prior to joining SCHA, Kasey spent nearly a decade with Lexington Medical Center managing specialty practices including Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, and OB/GYN. Her experience includes operational leadership, physician onboarding, workflow optimization, team development, and patient experience improvement initiatives.

Kasey is passionate about advancing physician leadership and building collaborative healthcare partnerships. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from the College of Charleston.
