Joy Fleming

Joy Fleming serves as Accounting Manager with the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA). She provides accounting services not only for SCHA but also for its subsidiaries-Solvent Networks and the SCHA Foundation.

As an Accounting Manager, Joy oversees day-to-day operational accounting activities, long-term investment activities, month-end processes as well as year-end closing. She plays a key role in accounting system transitions and implementations as well as auditing procedures. Being results-driven, passionate about internal control, operational efficiency, and Accounting GAAP compliances, she has dedicated her career to supporting operational accounting and financial needs, providing professional services to employees and members, and assisting in accomplishing strategic goals.

Joy joined the team of SCHA in 2016 bringing more than a decade of experience in finance accounting. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Darla Moore School of business, University of South Carolina.
