Jaiden Branch, MPH
Jaiden Branch is an accomplished public health professional who began her career in the early childhood sector before joining the South Carolina Hospital Association. Jaiden joined SCHA at the beginning of 2026, and serves as the program manager for AccessHealth, a program that exists to reduce health disparities, improve clinical outcomes, decrease avoidable hospital use, and expand access to care among low-income, uninsured adults across 12 networks in South Carolina. She holds a B.S. in Anthropology from Clemson University and a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina. While at USC, she focused on maternal and child health, including research aimed at better understanding the root causes of maternal health disparities in birthing and barriers to resource access.
In her previous role, Jaiden served as a program evaluator supporting 46 local partnerships – nonprofit organizations representing every county in South Carolina. She developed strategies to improve data collection methods and data quality, while also coaching partners on meaningful, practical uses of data. She also led evaluation reporting for a $3.8 million grant, with findings that helped solidify a program service reimbursement pathway through federal funding. One of her most meaningful projects was leading a legislatively mandated needs assessment and strategic planning process with the local partnerships, helping communities translate local priorities into action.
With experience in program implementation, data-informed decision-making, and prioritizing community voice, Jaiden is excited to be joining the Innovation team at the South Carolina Hospital Association. In her free time, she enjoys reading, tending to her houseplants, and recently began learning to sew. She looks forward to working with you!
