Beth Morgan, RN

Beth Morgan serves as Director of Clinical Affairs and Workforce, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a registered nurse and healthcare leader. She works with hospitals and partners across South Carolina to strengthen the healthcare workforce, advance clinical initiatives, and promote workplace safety.

Drawing on a career rooted in direct patient care, staff education, and quality improvement, Beth approaches complex healthcare challenges from both a clinical and operational perspective. She focuses on developing collaborative, practical solutions that improve patient outcomes while supporting the healthcare professionals who deliver care.

Beth holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, along with certifications in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and perioperative nursing (CNOR).
