Solvent Networks, the business affiliate of the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA), is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. These distinguished healthcare leaders bring decades of experience and a shared commitment to advancing innovation, improving performance, and enhancing outcomes for hospitals and health systems across South Carolina.
Jennifer Bair, PharmD, MBA, BCPS
Vice President of Pharmacy Services & Chief Pharmacy Officer, Prisma Health
Jennifer leads pharmacy strategy and operations across Prisma Health. A champion for systemwide innovation and cost control, she plays an influential role in state and national pharmacy initiatives and brings academic and operational expertise to the board.
Joseph DeLeon
President & CEO, Roper St. Francis Healthcare
With nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, Joseph provides strategic insight from his work across multiple states and large health systems. His executive leadership supports scalable, system-level strategies aligned with Solvent Networks’ mission.
Andy Hartung
Assistant Vice President & Chief Information Officer, Self Regional Healthcare
Andy oversees enterprise IT, analytics, radiology, and lab services. His regional experience and technical leadership guide the board’s approach to digital transformation and clinical systems integration.
John Snow
Chief Executive Officer, Newberry Health
With more than 35 years in hospital administration, John brings a strong voice for independent hospitals, rural healthcare delivery, and supply chain operations. He previously served on the NCHA Strategic Services Board of Trustees.
