SCHA Workforce Roundtable on Feb. 25
SCHA knows that workforce recruitment and retention are among the biggest challenges our member hospitals face. These issues are impacting both daily operations and long-term strategy, with a clear need to move beyond incremental change to make transformative impacts.
That’s in part why we host our annual Workforce Roundtable. Set for Wednesday, February 25, this gathering of hospital leaders and academic partners offers a full day of focused conversation, practical insight, and shared experience, with an emphasis on real-world practices that can make a meaningful difference for your organization.
Featured topics include innovative cross-sector collaborations, work-based learning methods, student program best practices, and a keynote presentation on Alabama’s successful Student Nurse Apprenticeship model.
The full agenda and registration information is available here. Attendance is limited, and this event is open exclusively to hospital members and their academic partners, ensuring a focused and relevant discussion. Participants are encouraged to share this opportunity with trusted partners in K–12 or higher education from their local communities.
If you have any questions about the event, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jasmine Hoveyda.
