DHEC Releases 2019 Novel Coronavirus Guidance for SC

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is closely monitoring an emerging outbreak of a novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) first identified in the city of Wuhan, China. Cases have been confirmed in several other countries, including the United States. At this time no cases have been identified in South Carolina.

As part of DHEC’s outreach efforts, they are providing tools to help businesses and other organizations with messaging for the public. DHEC will continue to partner with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide the latest information at scdhec.gov/2019CoronaVirus.
