SC Birth Outcomes Initiative

The SC Birth Outcomes Initiative (SC BOI) is a wide-ranging collaborative that convenes SCHA, SC Department of Health & Human Services (SC DHHS), SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC), all 45 South Carolina birthing hospitals, BlueCross BlueShield of SC, SC American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, SC Department of Health and Environmental Control, SC Department of Health and Human Services, SC March of Dimes, SC Neonatology Consortium, and SC OBGYN Society to address issues related to maternal and neonatal health.
