WHY Learning Collaborative on Workforce Housing

This session will highlight the Workforce Housing Project in Beaufort County, including an updated look at progress, innovative approaches to workforce housing, and the recent expansion and approval of new townhomes in Beaufort.

The WHY Learning Collaborative is a space for hospital leaders to challenge the status quo and reimagine, rethink, and redesign the healthcare workforce. Participants will share innovative solutions, test promising practices, and learn from one another. Reimagining WHY is geared toward mid-level managers and frontline leaders but is open to anyone working in a SCHA member hospital.
