Social Determinants Collaborative Webinar Series

The Collaborative continues to assist health systems in utilizing the Medicaid Quality-Based Payment Program. This webinar will continue to explore the ICD-10 “Z” codes that allow hospitals to report social needs documented by physicians as well as case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and nurses.
