SCHA/DataGen Overview of Medicare’s RRP/HAC Programs & Analyses

DataGen (a for-profit subsidiary of the non-profit Healthcare Association of NYS) provides Medicare fee-for-service analytic support to 46 state hospital associations and 10 multi-state health systems. In this webinar (part 2 of 2), DataGen partners with SCHA to discuss the Center of Medicare and Medicaid’s Readmission Reduction Program and Hospital Acquired Condition program.  Specifically, DataGen will give an overview of these programs and do a deep dive into CMS’ methodologies followed by a review of the DataGen RRP and HAC analyses that you receive through SCHA. Finally, DataGen will provide state specific impacts over the last few years of the programs.
