Witt O’Brien’s Presenter Information:

Brad Gair is internationally recognized for his leadership roles in the signature disasters of the 2000s, having served as a FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer and in other key positions for scores of disasters, emergencies and special events.

William Roche is an expert at leading programs and projects alike in various disaster planning, response and recovery operations. He has held multiple positions within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region IX over the course of 20 years.

Jonathan Hoyes has led field delivery of infrastructure and community assistance (Public Assistance, Individual Assistance and Mitigation programs) in all ten FEMA Regions, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.

Witt O’Brien’s includes former FEMA and government leaders with proven experience to help hospitals affected by COVID-19 implement and design strategies to integrate federal funding applications with insurance and local resources to maximize the recovery budget. Witt O’Brien’s has helped design, fund and implement over 80,000 projects valued in excess of $50 billion including projects assisting hospitals in South Carolina after the flooding in 2015, Texas hospitals after Hurricane Harvey, and North Carolina hospitals after Hurricane Matthew.
