Anni Crook

Anni Crook is the Project Manager for the Statewide Employee Retention and Wellbeing Initiative, supporting the work of Work.Harmony.You. and other workforce priority initiatives. In this role, she leads efforts to strengthen workforce sustainability across South Carolina’s healthcare system by developing and implementing strategies that support employee wellbeing, improve retention, and foster resilient healthcare environments.

Prior to joining SCHA, Anni served in roles advancing health equity and inclusion at the South Carolina Department of Public Health, where she focused on addressing social drivers of health and reducing disparities across diverse populations. She contributed to key statewide initiatives, including the 2023 South Carolina State Health Assessment and the 2025-2030 South Carolina State Health Improvement Plan.
