Nursing Still Among the Most Trusted, Important Professions in US

Nursing is a profession that commands immense respect and trust. For the 23rd consecutive year, nurses have been ranked as the most trusted profession by Americans. This unwavering trust is reflected in the high ethical standards attributed to nurses, with 76% of U.S. adults considering nurses to have “high” or “very high” honesty and ethical standards. Compared to other professions, nurses consistently rank higher in honesty and ethics, underscoring their integral role in healthcare.
