Initiatives
In addition to our robust legislative agenda, SCHA works with our member hospitals and other healthcare partners to work towards a better state of health. Our initiatives are broadly categorized here in the areas of patient safety, healthier communities, workforce development, emergency preparedness and our Zero Harm high reliability work.
Much of this work is done with financial support from The Duke Endowment and under the auspices of the SCHA Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit 501(C)(3) organization that generates private and grant support for SCHA initiatives.
