Fall 2021 CSR for the Carolinas Virtual Workshop

Course Description: The program will prepare participants to discuss the impact of CMS on TJC surveys, verbalize the most challenging behavioral health issues in healthcare, discuss TJC most problematic medical staff challenges, identify challenging TJC Environment of Care and Life Safety standards and identify at least one best practice for TJC survey preparation process to include Environment of Care/Life Safety and Pharmacy/Medication Management. This program is restricted to members of the CSR for the Carolinas. Continuing Education:

The South Carolina Hospital Association is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the South Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Committee on Accreditation. Participants who attend both days of the conference and complete an evaluation will receive 8 CNE contact hours. No partial credit is given.

Application has been made to the South Carolina Pharmacy Association for CPE credits. Approval is pending.

Application has been made to the American Society for Healthcare Engineering for engineering credits. Approval is pending.
