Target Audience: students, classroom teachers, guidance counselors, health science educators, HOSA advisors, CATE instructors, and all other interested individuals!
Through this event, our team aims to:
- Share career opportunities in SC healthcare with students
- Make direct connections with students by tying in current/former students who have or are pursuing careers in healthcare
- Inform South Carolina educators on the variety of careers available in healthcare with respect to varying education requirements/skill sets/occupational setting/etc.
- Train or guide the audience in having conversations with students about healthcare careers as they express interest and/or excel in certain topics/fields/subjects
- Provide local and state-level resources for educators related to healthcare careers
