Administrative Coordinator, SCHA Foundation

Supervisor: Executive Director, SCHA Foundation

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required with three to five years’ administrative assistant experience supporting mid-to-upper-level management. Candidate should be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Basic Function:

Performs a wide variety of detailed and complex administrative duties for the SCHA Foundation.

Duties:

  • Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Assist in the response and preparation of proposals related to grant opportunities
    • Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, etc., accurately and with minimal direction
    • Arrange, schedule, participate in meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
    • Virtually facilitate different meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
    • Maintain accurate electronic contact lists, files, and databases.
    • Proactively support the SCHA Foundation

Travel:

Some travel may be required but will be primarily statewide.

Physical Demands and Other Requirements:

No major physical demands are required of this position. SCHA is currently operating under a hybrid work model that provides for remote and in-person collaboration. A minimal amount of travel may be periodically necessary. This position is non-exempt.
